I visited this location at Saturday Morning. So long line but service was fast and they had card or cash transaction both. I ordered Matcha Latte and coffee cake muffin. They are good combination together yummy and sweet. Receptionist lady is sweet and kind. Other crews are working hard and kind. They have good teamwork together.
Really good coffee. Always friendly service. My daughter and I switched to making Black Rock our go to for quick coffee after deciding to boycott the big Star B company in support of . We actually like to coffee better and have found plenty of convenient locations. Plus, they were founded in Portland and so we should have been supporting their business all along.
Ordered online for in store pick up. The drive thru line was pretty long but there wasn’t really anybody inside. The gal working the counter was super nice and got right to making our drinks. The service was quick. The drinks were great!
Hardcore, delicious, EFFECTIVE. In a coffee centric town energy drinks need to be on point, and at Black Rock they really are. If we could teleport a bunch of Dream Fuel backwards to the 90s, replacing the crack epidemic, would Gangsta Rappers be super friendly and all happy? This is how I feel. Drinks are always right. The thin straws aren't the greatest. Line is long sometimes and depending if they come out to takes orders it can take a while to get your drink. I've been in line for 10 minutes before ordering. I only stop by before work if there is a couple cars in line because I don't want to wait too long when I have to get somewhere. I will drive to another BR location in SE Portland, closer to my work. Staff is friendly, I like BR's vibe.
a girl (asked the manager her name) named sequoia was extremely unprofessional and rude and overall didn’t seem like she wanted to be there. my drink was complicated but seriously get a grip put the fries in the bag it’s not that hard. kat jumped in and made it perfectly. thanks!!
All the people that work here are very nice and patient. No matter how many times I drive up to the window and don't know what to order and mull it over for 5 mins... Poor people behind me, probably just want a small black drip coffee We need another black rock close, this one gets so backed up. Put a one in St. John's North Portland. Please!
